Titanium Exhaust Manifold Stud Kit to suit all Honda K Series engines

This kit contains 5 M10 x 1.25mm x 45mm Studs with 12pt (double hex) Nuts & Washers to suit. 

It is very common for original hardware to suffer from corrosion due to hundreds of heat cycles and exposure to the elements which can cause turbo manifolds and exhaust headers to come loose or even snap when removing.

Our replacement kits are all made from Ti-6AI-4V (ASTM Grade 5 / GR5) titanium offering light weight, outstanding corrosion resistance whilst withstanding extreme temperatures and heat cycles with ease.

Note: We highly recommend using anti-size on all threads prior to installing and checking factory torque settings & sequence before tightening.
